By accessing or using PreCloseFeed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PreCloseFeed provides pre-foreclosure and tax deed property data, skip tracing tools, and related analytics. Data is sourced from public records and may contain errors or omissions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account or API key with unauthorized parties. Free trials are limited to one per person.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

5. Data Usage

Data provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial or legal decisions. You agree not to resell or redistribute our data without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PreCloseFeed and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or investment losses.

7. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from PreCloseFeed related to your account, including property lead alerts and account notifications. Message frequency depends on your selected counties and lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. For support, contact admin@preclosefeed.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
